Garner Investment Company is a real estate solutions company based out of Garner. We are Neal and Cory Barnett, brothers, that have been in the real estate field since 1999. Prior to 1999, Neal and Cory both served full time mission trips for the Church from 1996-1998 before coming home and settling down with their respective families. We come from a family of 7 kids and enjoy spending time with family, attending our local church and watching the Tar Heels play! Neal and his wife Amanda have 4 kids. Cory and his wife Kristen have 6 kids.
Garner Investment Company is a local small business and real estate acquisition platform transforming the way in which homeowners and investors from around the Triangle acquire and sell real estate in the North Carolina area. We are a small group of talented and dedicated people who handle all aspects of buying and selling property with the personal attention that each asset deserves. Our hands-on approach insures incoming projects are completed and closed on time and at the lowest possible stress levels. We value our neighborhoods and we are under the belief that there is no better market in the country to pursue our ambitions in than the Raleigh, NC market – our own “backyard”.
